Cuisine
We can claim with confidence that M/S ROTA II can be your true floating hotel during your private charter holidays. One more reason to support this claim is the boat’s fully featured galley (kitchen).
Two areas on board (one for preparation and cooking and one for refrigeration and storage purposes) guarantee our independence and give you the freedom to decide what, when and where you wish to eat. This is where we make the breakfast that awaits you every morning, but this is also where we prepare your meals or dinners whenever you are in the mood to eat under the clear blue sky or the starry night setting.
Although we could buy some provisions on the first day you arrive and store them in the available areas, we would suggest to hold on and do your shopping as soon as we reach our destinations. Think about savoring the freshest and most delicious samples of the Aegean and Mediterranean Cuisine, accompanied by exquisite sea food varieties, seasonal vegetables, fruits and local wines and spirits. Or even better, imagine you fishing your own dinner!
We can propose and prepare any meal for you or if you feel like it you can even do it yourself. The galley is at your disposal and you can use it at will.
Menu
Besides the sea voyage, a trip to the flavors of the infamous Greek Cuisine is a must. We will be very happy to work together with you and help you choose between some very tasty proposals, spoiling your palate with a feast of summer, healthy and fresh dishes.
